Since its beginning in 1988, McHugh Homes, Inc. has built on the 35 years of
experience of its founder and president Paul C. McHugh. The company started when
Paul left a large national homebuilder to focus on craftsmanship, stability, and
continuing customer service in an industry that is increasingly impersonal and bent on
"production building."

The company has since become one of sterling reputation on the Front Range of
Colorado for a commitment to energy efficiency, structural quality, and unparalleled
flexibility in service of our customers. Since our beginning in residential homebuilding,
the success of the family venture has seen Paul's children become increasingly
involved in the company, which has allowed the company to expand into land
development, consulting, custom homebuilding, production homebuilding and at the
request of many of our customers we now offer a remodel division. Paul's son Brian C.
McHugh who graduated from CSU with a degree in Business and Finance has joined
the company full time. Brian who grew up working in the family business is now Vice
President in charge of new home construction and our remodel division

In the coming years McHugh Homes Inc. is preparing to grow and meet the needs and
demands of our new and existing clients. We will continue to grow responsibly and
